We, Vaishno Packaging Solutions, are one of the known brands in the industry for developing products like Pouch Packaging Machine, Liquid Pouch Packaging Machine, Powder Filling Machine, Flow Wrap Machine etc. We as a manufacturer and supplier, started our business with an aim of providing the high grade packaging machines in different models including single and mulitilane filling machines (twelve lane) for filling up products, like powder products like spices, tea, etc, (almost 500 sachets / pouch per minute, depends on the size and the fill weight), solid, liquid products like paste, ketchup etc (almost 1080 sachets / pouch per minute, depends on the size and the fill weight) and semi liquid products. Our manufacturing unit comprises modern technical machinery which is completely in compliance with the industry standards.
Pattern of sealing pouch and sachets are three and four-sided seal, center four corner seal, doy pack, doy pack with zip lock, stand up pouch as per the needs of customer.
Filling system- Gravimetric filling system, Volumetric cup filling system, Auger filling system, Multi head weigh metric filling system, Volumetric Piston dosing filling system and Load cell base filling system.
